A) For individual items under $1000 (excluding GST)

PST will gladly exchange the item, Issue a credit note or refund the cost of the product. If the product was paid for by credit card, we will refund the customer’s card. In the case of exchanges, any difference in cost will apply.1 594

B) For individual items over $1000 (excluding GST)

Usually these items are specifically ordered for you. Therefore a restocking fee of 25% of the product cost (excluding GST) will apply.PST will gladly exchange the item, Issue a credit note or refund the cost of the product after deducting the restocking fee. If the product was paid for by credit card, we will refund the customer’s card. In the case of exchanges, any difference in cost will apply.

IMPORTANT

For refunds and exchanges, you must ensure that the following conditions are met:

  1. Written authorization must be obtained prior to any returns.
  2. PST MUST receive the product back within 15 days of purchase.
  3. Products must be returned with their original packaging and, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
  4. All returns shall be accompanied by a completed Return Authorization Form which can be submited online. click here
